Top-Notch Investigations is a licensed private investigative agency

Established in 2002, Top-Notch Investigations is a licensed private investigative agency that is owned and operated by Anthony and Gail Otero who have years of extensive investigative experience. Mr. Otero is a former FBI Agent and state law enforcement investigator. He also worked in the private sector for almost 30 years as an agent for the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau. He was assigned to several race tracks throughout the United States where he served as Director of Security.

Gail Otero has over 20 years of experience working in the private security sector. She specialized in conducting background investigations at municipal, county, state, and national level on individuals licensed to participate in the thoroughbred horse racing industry. She screened approximately 4,000 individuals annually. She left the horse racing industry in 2005 to pursue her career as a private investigator. In this regard she has specialized in conducting background investigations and pre-employment screening.

Both Anthony and Gail have conducted numerous sensitive “Due Diligence” inquiries for established clients, on individuals and/or companies. These inquiries have involved the examination and analysis of company reports and records as required by the client and recommendations for further action.
